How to Move Images and Paragraphs in a "Locked" PDF

Static PDFs can feel like images - impossible to change. Using the LanaPDF "Cut & Move" tool, you can grab logos, image blocks, or entire paragraphs and drag them to a new location on the page instantly.

Most PDF editors only allow you to add new things on top of the existing document. If you want to move an image from the bottom of the page to the top, you are usually out of luck.

The "Cut & Move" Difference

LanaPDF changes the game with its "Cut & Move" feature. This tool essentially "screen-grabs" any rectangular area of your PDF and turns it into a movable object. The area underneath is then automatically erased or filled with white.

Practical Uses

This is incredibly useful for reorganizing layouts. Need to move a signature line up a few inches? Just cut and move it. Want to reposition a logo that is blocking text? Drag it away. It gives you the flexibility of a design tool within a standard PDF editor.
